SALIENT FEATURES & CONSTRUCTION OF HOT AIR OVEN
- Outer chamber is made of Mild Steel duly powder coated (Standard Model), Inner & Outer S.S. (GMP Model). Inner chamber made of STAINLESS STEEL (304) sheet (Standard Model).
- Inner chamber made of STAINLESS STEEL (304) sheet (Standard Model).
- Forced convection system by Fan &motorized blowers fitted ensures good mixing, strong dispersion and maintains higher temperature uniformity inside the chamber & no cross contamination.
- Thermal loss is prevented by filling mineral wool (Insulation) in space between the outer body & Inner chamber.
- Door Gasket fixed on the double walled door for proper sealing.
- Fitted with heavy hinges with a ball catcher, spring loaded door closing device. Door is duly insulated.
- vapour circulation for over heat release.
- U type air heating elements made of high quality Nichrome/Kanthal wire are placed in ribs, at bottom (Lab. Type) and top with left and right side (Memmert Type) for uniform heat distribution.
- Inner chamber has ribs for placing the shelves at convenient levels. Supplied with 2 or 3 removable shelves.
- Temperature is controlled by electronic digital temperature indicator cum controller from 50°C to 200°C ± 1°C (Lab. Type) &50°C to 250°C ± 1°C (Memmert Type) . fitted on the front panel for easy operations.
- Note:- Laboratory Type in Hot Air Oven heating element fitted only bottom his working Temp. up to 200°C.
- Memmert Type in Hot Air Oven heating element fitted three side his working Temp. up to 250°C.

- Double walled Tissue floatation water bath is used for precise control of different samples at constant temperature most ideal for Histological, chemical, clinical and bacteriological laboratories used to stretch and dry cut tissues.
- It is ideal for tissue culture, enzyme reactions fermentation tissue section processing etc. for preparing distortion less and wrinkle free tissue specimens.
- Its exact temperature regulation ensures evenly stretched cuttings that are clearly visible in the anodized bath.
- The cuttings are carefully dried on the warmed rim of the bath.

- Inner tank (Single piece) made of black anodized aluminum.
- Housing made of powder coated aluminum.
- Front panel consist of temperature regulator knob, mains switch and pilot lamp.
- Inside black and outer surface finished in powder paint, with wide enough rim for drying the wet slides.
- Thermal loss is prevented by filling mineral wool (Insulation) in space between the outer body & inner tank.
- Heating elements are positioned in the floor and side walls & a natural mixing of the medium arises, providing better temperature distribution in the bath.
- Temperature is controlled by imported capillary type thermostat, from ambient to 70°C with an accuracy of ±2°C.
- The low 110mm depth of the bath allows comfortable and safe working.
